Entrepreneur John Rathbone approached Amalgam with a request to develop his innovative ‘Pourty’ potty design into a working model.

Initially we hand produced a foam model which, once approved ,our in house designers reverse engineered to create 3D CAD data, which in turn was used to produce an SLA prototype. The final stage was to create several self coloured vacuum cast versions ready to be ‘Live tested’ and used as marketing tools for this exciting new product.
