Amalgam’s prototyping specialists have just taken delivery of a fourth vacuum casting machine in order to further extend capacity and shorten lead-times. The KLM V 1000 machine has a large capacity (600x670X500) and a 2kg maximum shot weight, similar to our Sancron 003 but with a much shorter cycle time.

Using our extensive experience and facilities we can quickly and accurately replicate virtually all production plastics, elastomers and rubbers, produce short production runs in epoxy and silicon, simulate two-shot over moulds and a wide range of specialist finishes.
